I have ADHD, hence the &#8220;of course&#8221;. If you have ADHD, no further explanation is required. If you don&#8217;t, maybe this site will help you understand.<br><br>This site has two functions. Firstly, to try to promote my work and hopefully help me keep my head above water. And secondly, to explore aspects of ADHD&#8230; also, frankly, to help me keep my head above water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am not a psychologist, a counsellor, nor expert in ADHD &#8211; other than I have (I recently realise) been living with it for 50+ years. So, perhaps that means something. <br><br>The words here are just my opinion. Again, I&#8217;m not an expert in the condition &#8211; I&#8217;m not sure anyone actually is, mind you. My expertise is in Tiki culture, the New York Yankees, midcentury modern design (it was simply called modern, when I was young), typography, NWHOBM: the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, and a variety of other eclectic and obscure things&#8230; few of which will help you much.<br><br>But&#8230; if for no other reason than you have ADHD, and this site helps you realise you are aren&#8217;t alone out there, then perhaps I&#8217;m making a difference.   <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m not weird, I&#8217;m just on the wrong planet.
